Passport, NEXUS and ESTA requirements for the Boldt Castle landing are stated by the operator in its own published guidance, because Heart Island is US territory and the rule belongs to US Customs and Border Protection, not to the cruise line. How traveller feedback is used
Traveller feedback reviewed: more than 6,700 reviews across the five listings. We read for patterns rather than cherry-picking praise: which length people wish they had booked, what the crew advises about pacing the castle stopover, which dock passengers navigate to by mistake. Quoted reviews carry the reviewer's name and country as published, and critical observations are quoted alongside positive ones.
What we cannot verify
We do not inspect vessels, ride along on sailings or audit operators. Day-of conditions, weather calls and seating are matters between passenger and operator. Any fact we could not pin to a listing or an official source is flagged as unverified on the page that uses it.
